TRAINING AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
As a symbol of investment to our employees, Group has formed special department concerned with training programs development and social activities organization. One of tasks of this department is managing organizational system within the Group, whilst other one is concerned with updating technical base of staff. So, seminars, training programs are organized to let our personnel develop and progress. These activities refer not to managing personnel and engineers only, but to workers too, as they are concerned with the most important-production itself. Furthermore, to relive working stress and develop relationships and team spirits, various social activities are being arranged.
